Welcome to Likewise (“the App”). By accessing or using Likewise as a job seeker, employer, company, or organization, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Purpose of Likewise

Likewise is a professional platform that:

• Helps job seekers find employment opportunities,
• Helps companies and organizations recruit qualified employees,
• Supports both sides in streamlining the hiring and application process,
• Encourages career-oriented discussions and job-related content only.

All content must align with these purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age permitted in your region.
Organizations and hiring managers must have the authority to post openings or recruit through the App.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Job Seekers

You must:

• Provide accurate information,
• Maintain your account securely,
• Use the platform for professional purposes only.

3.2 Companies & Organizations

Companies using Likewise agree to:

• Post accurate and legitimate job listings,
• Represent their company truthfully,
• Comply with all applicable hiring and employment laws,
• Not discriminate unlawfully in job postings or communication.

4. User Conduct

All users (individuals and organizations) agree NOT to post:

• Political content of any form
  (opinions, news, campaigns, debates, political job posts, etc.)
• Explicit, adult, sexual, or obscene content
• Content unrelated to jobs, hiring, or career development
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content
• Fraudulent job listings or misleading information
• Spam, scams, or unsafe content
• Content violating laws or intellectual property rights

5. Content Review & Moderation

• All posts, job listings, comments, and uploads may be reviewed by the Likewise moderation team.
• Likewise may remove, edit, restrict, or decline any content that:
  • violates these Terms,
  • violates the app’s purpose,
  • contains political or explicit material,
  • is fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate.

Likewise may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

6. Job Listings & Recruiting

Companies using Likewise agree that:

• All job postings must be valid, lawful, and accurately described.
• Hiring decisions made outside the platform are solely their responsibility.
• Likewise does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or background of applicants.

Job seekers acknowledge that:

• Likewise may not verify each employer,
• Applying to a job is at their own discretion.

7. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Likewise a license to display, use, and distribute it within the App.

8. Disclaimers

Likewise provides its services on an “as-is” basis.
We do not guarantee:

• Specific hiring outcomes,
• Accuracy of job listings,
• Employment from use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

Likewise is not responsible for:

• Hiring decisions made by employers,
• Misrepresentations by job seekers or companies,
• Losses or damages arising from using the App,
• External communication between users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
